We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our care home team as a Wellbeing Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and making a real difference in the lives of our residents.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and organizing monthly rolling programmes as well as individual activities, encouraging residents to stay active and maintain their hobbies.
Foster social connections by helping residents socialize and enjoy their time in the care home through diverse activities that cater to all preferences.
Maintain detailed documentation of daily activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Event Planning Skills: Proven ability to develop and organize a range of engaging events and activities.
* Creativity and Confidence: A friendly, creative, and confident personality that shines through in your work.
* Passion for Elderly Care: A genuine interest in working with the elderly, helping them live life to the fullest.
* Communication and Teamwork: Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
