Job Opportunity: Family Practitioner Location: Stratford Upon Avon, Warwickshire Team: Stratford District Family Help Team Position: Family Practitioner (Duty & Assessment Pod) Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families? Stratford District Family Help Team is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Family Practitioner to join our dynamic team based just outside Stratford Upon Avon town centre. About Us: Our service supports children from 0-18 years covering a range of work from supporting families on a Child In Need basis through to child protection, PLO and court work. We are committed to a restorative and relational approach, constantly striving to achieve the best outcomes for the families we serve. Role Overview: As a Family Practitioner in the Duty & Assessment Pod, you will: Complete statutory assessments. Work collaboratively and restoratively with families.
