Night Traffic Coordinator – London (London Gateway, SS17 9FJ)
Shift Pattern: Monday – Saturday | 22:00 – 08:00
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum (£865 per week, depending on experience)

What You’ll Do:
* Operational Management: Oversee transport operations during the night shift to meet all schedules.
* Communication: Serve as the central point between drivers, port authorities, and the transport office.
* Problem Solving: Quickly address vehicle breakdowns, delays, and route changes.
* Administration: Keep transport systems up to date and ensure compliance paperwork is complete.
* Driver Support: Provide clear guidance to drivers to maintain safety and service quality.
What We’re Looking For:
* Resilience and reliability for consistent night shifts.
* Calm under pressure in a busy environment.
* Confident communicator, both via telephone and radio.
* Experience in traffic office or container haulage preferred.
* Comfortable using transport management systems and basic IT tools.
