Job Description
As a Governance and Compliance Administrator you will:
3. Work closely with internal and external contacts to ensure health and safety policies across the establishment are kept up to date and adhered to at all times
4. Maintain accurate records and reports or health and safety, fire incidents and accidents for the organisation- this will include monthly analysis of records and reporting of trends
5. Be responsible for the accurate record of Health and Safety training for employees
6. Ensure accurate compliance across the organisation is kept in line with Data Protection regulations
7. Ensure safe and compliant keeping of all data centrally across the organisation
8. Undertake internal audits to ensure legislation's are met across governance and compliance
9. Work with line managers to ensure that new policies are drafted and implemented effectively
10. Maintain internal registers of commercial contracts
11. You will be required to offer general administrative support to HR and senior leadership team when required
The Successful Applicant
The successful Governance and Compliance Administrator will have:
12. Previous experience is a governance or compliance support role
13. Have an understanding of health and safety and GDPR policies and procedures
14. Be a strong written and verbal communicator
15. Have an ability to remain calm under pressure
16. Strong IT skills- able to confidently use Microsoft Office
17. Be a good self motivator- this role will require a lot of pro-active thinking
18. Be a good team player!
