In this role, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care to individuals in their own homes, helping them to maintain their health, wellbeing, and independence.

Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality, person-centred care to individuals in their own homes, helping them to maintain health, wellbeing, and independence.
* Support individuals with personal care (hygiene, washing, dressing, etc.).
* Assist with the administration of medication.
* Assist with meal preparation.
* Provide companionship and offer social interaction.
* Carry out light domestic tasks and occasional food shopping.
* Build meaningful relationships with individuals you support, fellow carers and branch support teams; promote company values.
Requirements and Qualifications
* Good communication skills and the ability to work independently are essential.
* Access to your own transport is an advantage but not essential.
* Whether you are an experienced care assistant, support worker, or new to care, full training and ongoing support are provided.
* Induction and training programme to develop skills, with guidance from a well-established team.
