DHL is looking for experienced Class 1 (C+E) Drivers to join our team in Castle Donington.
Pay Rates
* Days: £19.81/hour
* Nights: £20.86/hour
* Overtime: £29.71/hour
* Saturday & Sunday (all hours): £22.20/hour
* Bank Holidays: £29.71/hour
Shift Patterns
* Tuesday to Saturday OR Sunday to Thursday
* Ad-hoc
* AM and PM shifts available
* Start times 05:00-06:00
13:00-01:00
Key Responsibilities
* Safely operate Class 1 vehicles in a professional manner
* Complete deliveries and collections within scheduled timescales
* Conduct thorough pre- and post-vehicle inspections
* Accurately complete delivery records, logs, and related documentation
* Adhere to all road traffic laws, safety standards, and DHL company policies
* Load and unload goods using roller cages when required
Requirements
* Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence (held for at least 6 months)
* Minimum 4 months’ Class 1 driving experience
* Valid CPC qualification and Digital Tachograph card
* Maximum of 6 penalty points (no major endorsements)
* Good knowledge of Driver Hours, Working Time Directive, and transport regulations
