This is not a traditional Quantity Surveyor role. And that’s exactly the point.

We diagnose issues, design the right technical solutions, and deliver high‑quality remedial works without operating like a tick‑box contractor. We’re now looking for a commercially sharp Quantity Surveyor who wants to be involved earlier, closer to the client, and closer to the commercial outcome.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing
* Supporting site inspections on roofing, cladding & façade projects
* Helping shape scopes of work, not just price them
* Producing early‑stage cost plans, estimates & budgets
* Advising on value engineering, commercial risk & profitability
* Working closely with Technical Consultants and delivery teams
* Supporting conversion of opportunities into live projects
* Taking ownership of your numbers and adding genuine commercial value
This role sits between Quantity Surveyor, Estimator and Technical Consultant giving you a broader, higher‑value skillset.
Who This Is For
You might be a:
* Quantity Surveyor or Assistant QS ready to step up
* QS bored of traditional measurement/reporting roles
* Commercially minded Estimator with strong QS fundamentals
What matters most:
Strong construction cost knowledge
Commercial awareness
Confidence engaging with clients & internal teams
A desire to grow, progress and influence outcomes
Full UK driving licence
