Our Client is looking for a History ECT to work within a large mixed secondary school in Colchester. The successful History ECT will teach KS3 & KS4 and benefit from structured mentoring and ongoing professional development.

This 11–18 comprehensive has approximately 1,200 pupils and achieves impressive academic results, with 94% gaining grades 9–4 in English and Maths. The History department is known for inspiring curiosity, analytical thinking, and strong written communication through engaging lessons and historical inquiry projects.
