The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Change Manager to join our team on an urgent contract basis. This is a critical role to drive significant organisational change within a project delivery environment, with a particular focus on Talent Acquisition/HR-driven projects. The ideal candidate will be a senior consultant capable of acting strategically and influencing senior leaders within one of our client accounts.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the end-to-end change management lifecycle for complex HR-driven projects.
* Act as a strategic consultant, advising and challenging clients to ensure best practices are followed and risks are managed effectively.
* Demonstrate strong stakeholder management, engaging and influencing senior leaders across the organisation.
* Ensure successful project outcomes by driving adoption and minimising disruption.
Candidate Profile
* Experience: 5+ years of dedicated change management experience.
* Expertise: Deep subject matter expertise in change management within a project delivery context.
* Specific Domain Knowledge: Proven experience working within HR-driven projects is essential.
* Desirable: Experience with MSP (Managed Service Provider) implementation or contingent workforce programs.
* Competencies: Highly influential, engaging, and capable of working effectively with senior-level stakeholders.
