Salary: £45,000-£50,000 (to be reviewed post-probation)

Overview:
We're recruiting for a Principal Designer (Building Regulations) on behalf of a growing consultancy working across a diverse portfolio. This role is ideal for professionals from an architectural or design management background looking to move into the compliance side of the industry.
This is a fully flexible and remote-first position, with occasional office visits (1-2 times per month) and site meetings required. The role also includes responsibilities under CDM regulations.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan, manage, and monitor the design phase to ensure building work, if constructed per design, complies with all relevant Building Regulations.
2.
Coordinate and facilitate collaboration across all stakeholders including designers, clients, and principal contractors.
3.
Promote consistent design compliance and coordination across disciplines.
