Paramedics work autonomously within the 4 surgeries that make up our PCN using enhanced clinical assessment and treatment skills, to provide first point of contact for patients presenting with undifferentiated, undiagnosed problems relating to minor illness or injury, abdominal pains, chest pains and headaches. We are looking for someone who has the capability to make sound judgements in the absence of full information and to manage varying degrees of risk when there are complex, competing or ambiguous information or uncertainty. We are looking for a Paramedic who has completed their two year consolidation of learning and has a further three years experience as a band 6 (or equivalent) paramedic. To clarify, this means you will be required to have 5 years post registration experience.
