Job Description
3. Assist with the preparation and maintenance of financial records.
4. Process invoices, payments, and expense claims accurately and promptly.
5. Match, Batch and code invoices
6. Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
7. Support month-end and year-end financial reporting processes.
8. Manage accounts payable and occasionally cover receivable functions.
9. Prepare financial reports and summaries as required.
10. Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial data.
11. Provide general administrative support to the Accounting & Finance team.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
