As a Lot Attendant, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our vehicles at our Market Hubs. What You'll Do:
* Inspect each vehicle for mechanical, drivability, or cosmetic concerns.
* Wash and vacuum all inventory regularly to keep our cars looking their best.
* Conduct multi-point inspections on incoming inventory, including checking fuel levels and safety features.
* Build positive relationships with coworkers and external vendors.
* Communicate effectively with team members and management across all departments.
* Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
Your Path to Growth:
Unlock your earning potential! We offer a competitive starting hourly rate of $17/hr with opportunities for significant growth based on your performance. Here’s how your pay can progress:
* Pay Range: $17 - $18 hourly
* Starting Pay: $17/hr
* At 3 Months: $17.25/hr
* At 6 Months: $17.50/hr
* At 9 Months: $17.75/hr
* At 12 Months: $18/hr
With our performance-based Careers Not Jobs program, you can enjoy merit increases every 90 days, allowing you to progress from $17/hr to $18/hr within your first year!
What We’re Looking For:
We seek enthusiastic, energetic, and self-motivated team players who meet the following qualifications:
* High School Diploma or equivalent is desirable.
* Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record for the past 3 years.
* Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently and transport it up to 20 feet.
* Comfortable standing for extended periods and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
* Excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity.
* Willingness to use safety equipment as required.
* Must adhere to regular and predictable attendance.
