Position: Group Tax Manager
We’re on the lookout for a Group Tax Manager to join our Finance team. In this pivotal role, you’ll lead all aspects of tax compliance and strategy across our business. Your expertise will guide us through:
* Overseeing corporation tax, VAT, and employment tax obligations in the UK and Ireland.
* Identifying opportunities for tax efficiencies while ensuring compliance with evolving legislation.
* Playing a key role in strategic projects, including acquisitions, disposals, and cross-border transactions.
* Collaborating closely with external advisors and internal stakeholders.

Success in This Role Looks Like:
* Qualifications: You are a qualified CTA with solid UK Corporate Tax experience, ideally with exposure to VAT and Employment Tax, and practical knowledge of Alphatax.
* Skills: You possess strong analytical and planning skills, managing multiple tasks with logical thinking and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
* Communication: You are a confident communicator who builds strong relationships at all levels, welcomes feedback, and thrives in a collaborative, non-hierarchical team.
* Ownership: You take full ownership of your responsibilities with energy and drive, continuously seeking ways to improve processes and deliver high-quality outcomes.
Working Conditions:
