About the Role
Are you interested in Retail and looking for a role involving high-profile projects with leading UK grocery supermarkets and DIY chains? We offer salaried Team Manager positions working on New Stores, Refits, Range Reviews, and Store Support Projects. You will work in a fast-paced environment, making quick decisions and leading teams to maintain excellent merchandising standards.
Responsibilities
1. Lead and support a team of merchandisers and replenishers.
2. Communicate progress and project completion to management.
3. Conduct health and safety inductions and checks.
4. Work shifts typically of 12 hours, including days and nights, mainly nights.
5. Use our Field Power platform to set availability and accept shifts via smartphone.
6. Clock in and out using the RAS Dashboard app.
7. Travel to various retail sites, with accommodation provided when necessary.
8. Carry out stock removal, replacement, shelf adjustments, and stock movement using client systems.
Desirable Qualities
* Excellent communication skills.
* Decision-making and prioritization abilities.
* Experience in Merchandising, Retail Supervision, or People Management.
* Attention to detail and methodical approach.
* Manual handling and heavy lifting capability.
* Problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
* Willingness to work unsociable hours, including early mornings and nights. Applicants must be 18+.
