Rentco Transport Equipment rentalshead office has an opportunity for a driven individual with attention to detail to join our Corporate Office.
Part Time position - Monday to Friday - 9am to 3pm

Key responsibilities
* Booking corporate travel & accommodation
* Stationary Ordering
* Keeping kitchen fully stocked and clean
* Uniform ordering
* Sending weekly TOLL airbags to other branches
* Event Planning occasionally
* Assisting with Regos & Tolls
* Assist with the accurate and timely entering and coding of invoices across multiple entities
* Verify information such as coding and matching with purchase orders
* Assist with Ad hoc Administration as required
* Assist with debt collection when required
Applicants need to have
* Aminimum of 2 years experience
* Experience with Microsoft Office and accounting software (Sage highly regarded)
* Excellent attention to detail and problem solving abilities
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team
