About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Junior Marketing Manager with approximately 3 years’ experience to support the delivery of integrated marketing activity across our international portfolio. This role will support the delivery of corporate (B2B) marketing initiatives while also supporting end‑to‑end marketing execution for sports and entertainment events across multiple markets. The ideal candidate will be hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast‑paced international sports and entertainment environment, working closely with internal stakeholders, rights holders, partners, and agencies.
Responsibilities
* Corporate & B2B Marketing
* Support the development and execution of international corporate marketing campaigns aligned to brand and commercial objectives.
* Create and manage B2B marketing assets including presentations, credentials, case studies, proposals, and thought leadership content.
* Support brand positioning and messaging across international markets, ensuring consistency and quality.
* Assist in the planning and delivery of industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
* Sports & Entertainment Event Marketing
* Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns for sports and entertainment events across international markets.
* Work closely with event, commercial, and partnerships teams to deliver integrated, audience‑led campaigns.
* Assist in managing timelines, budgets, and delivery across multiple stakeholders and agencies.
* Support fan acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies across digital and offline channels.
* Digital & Social Media
* Work with HQ Marketing team (KSA) to integrate international content into corporate social media.
* Support management of event‑specific social media channels across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, X, TikTok, and others as required.
* Develop and deliver social media content calendars, copy, and briefing documents.
* Work with creative teams and agencies to deliver high‑quality content aligned with brand and audience objectives.
* Monitor performance, community engagement, and sentiment, using insights to optimise activity.
* Campaign Management & Reporting
* Support campaign planning, execution, and optimisation across paid, owned, and earned channels.
* Track performance against KPIs, providing post‑campaign reporting and insights.
* Use data and insight to inform future planning and continuous improvement.
Qualifications/Required skills
* Approximately 3 years’ experience working within a marketing agency or in‑house environment, ideally with exposure to sports, entertainment, lifestyle, or major brands.
* Experience supporting social media accounts for brands or events.
* Strong understanding of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
* Experience supporting both B2B/corporate marketing and consumer‑facing campaigns.
* Good project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strong copywriting, briefing, and presentation skills.
* Experience working with multiple stakeholders and external partners.
* Commercially aware with an understanding of brand, audience, and revenue objectives.
Preferred Skills
* Experience working on international campaigns or across multiple markets.
* Exposure to live events, major tournaments, or large‑scale entertainment properties.
* Understanding of media planning, paid social, and performance marketing.
* Familiarity with CRM, email marketing platforms, and marketing automation tools.
