We’re looking for a hands-on Content Creator to join our small but mighty marketing team. You’ll be the go-to person for creating scroll-stopping content across our four brands, turning rough ideas into polished videos, eye-catching social posts, and campaign visuals. We’ve got a Graphic Designer and Copywriter in place; you’ll bring it all to life. From shooting short-form video to editing interviews or storyboarding brand explainers, you’ll be someone who lives in the world of content and can keep pace with a fast-moving team. We’ll bring the plan. You’ll bring the energy. You won’t be expected to set the strategy, but we’re counting on you to shape how we tell the story. What You’ll Be Doing: · Create content that people actually want to watch – short videos, reels, animations, interviews, how-tos, explainers, etc. · Repurpose webinar clips, blog content, and brand assets into punchy, on-brand content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and more. · Storyboard simple visual ideas and work with our Graphic Designer to bring them to life. · Edit videos using Premiere Pro or similar – sound, colour, basic animation where needed. · Keep up with trends – you're someone who spots opportunities to jump on formats or styles. · Collaborate with the team – work closely with the Copywriter, Graphic Designer, and Campaign Exec to deliver content that aligns with brand goals. You’ll Fit Right In If: · You’ve got 2 years’ experience creating content across social, video, and web. · You’re confident using Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop) or similar tools. · You’ve worked in a fast-paced team (agency, in-house, freelance—it’s all good). · You’ve got a solid portfolio of video and social content to show off. · You’re happy jumping between brand tones and styles (our four brands each have their own identity). · You’re proactive, unpretentious, and happy to take feedback. Bonus points if you: · Have motion design or animation experience · Know your way around YouTube, LinkedIn, and Instagram content trends · Are comfortable in front of a camera (or coaching others who are) Why work with us?
