About The Role This is an exciting and dynamic regional role, working at the heart of Hearts & Science (Hearts) to drive collaboration with clients and our International network to create integrated campaigns and outputs, mobilising our teams across 10 markets across Region Overseas (Mexico & Latin America, Sub-Saharan Africa, Middle East, India, Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, Australia, Singapore & APAC). The role involves working closely with regional clients and local agency teams to understand their executions, tactics and strategies to find opportunities to apply best practices and enhance activations, ultimately driving business growth for our clients. MS Teams and 3rd party applications) to make our collaboration rewarding and efficient Act as the ‘go to’ crew member in the regional team to support local markets and find solutions to their requests for tools, data, cases, templates, plans, guidelines Manage Hearts & Science region team relationships with the Global and European structures to provide consistent status reporting, marketing campaign activity overviews Project managing tasks and processes, bringing together specialists in the Hearts regional team to achieve integrated outputs such as campaign recommendations, marketing performance reports Work with Region Overseas clients to provide visibility of Hearts activities across markets Coordinate with the data team to provide accurate media plans and roll ups for global clients; developing our product to become increasingly insightful Track campaign deployments to maximise consistent adoption Collaborate with digital and strategy specialists to shape best practices and relevant case studies for clients and markets Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, improve collaboration using technology and collaboration techniques Work with designers to produce clear, inspirational presentations Manage and develop network coordinators to fulfil client and Hearts & Science requirements Develop strong and collaborative relationships with Accenture Song, Yext and Reffine the other key agencies with the Region Overseas structure About Hearts & Science Part of Omnicom Media Group (OMG UK), Hearts & Science are one of the fastest growing agencies in the market.
