Communications Manager – 6-Month Contract

About the Role
We’re seeking a motivated Communications professional to support global communications efforts from our London office. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in media relations, internal communications, and digital engagement within a collaborative, international environment.
You’ll play a key role in shaping external messaging across press, digital, and social channels — while also supporting internal events and communications that strengthen employee engagement and understanding of company strategy.
What You’ll Do
External Communications
* Support UK media engagement — prepare press releases, manage journalist lists, and arrange press interviews.
* Develop and maintain dashboards and “coverage books” for senior stakeholders.
* Assist in implementing and refining AI‑based tools to enhance reporting and analytics.
* Draft and schedule LinkedIn posts for senior spokespeople.
Internal Communications
* Coordinate internal events in the London office to promote business strategy awareness.
* Create and maintain engaging content across internal channels, including intranet, internal social networks, and digital screens.
What We’re Looking For
* 3–5 years’ experience in communications, public relations, or media engagement.
* Strong relationships with UK financial press and a solid grasp of media dynamics.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills (native English).
* Highly organised, proactive, and detail‑oriented.
* Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
* Genuine interest in financial services or investment management.
* Familiarity with AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT) is a plus.
