JD Catering Equipment Solutions Ltd is looking for a Service Team Manager to lead our team of engineers and deliver exceptional service to clients across East Anglia. What You’ll Do:
✅ Lead and manage our service engineers – scheduling, performance, and development
âś… Ensure timely, high-quality repairs, maintenance, and installations
✅ Be the main point of contact for key clients – resolving issues and building relationships
âś… Manage service contracts, warranties, and SLAs, supporting business growth
âś… Track KPIs and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and satisfaction
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in service management or senior service coordination (commercial catering/technical field)
* Strong leadership, organisational, and planning skills
* Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
* Bonus: Technical knowledge of catering equipment, gas, refrigeration, or electrical systems
