Chef de Partie / Sous Chef Faustinos Tapas (GU29)
Up to £35k per annum (dependent on experience) Full-time
A vibrant and well-loved restaurant is looking for a passionate Snr Chef de Partie or Sous Chef to join our growing kitchen team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone ready to step up and take on more responsibility. Youll work closely with our Head Chef and regularly lead the kitchen when they are supporting our external events contract. You may also have the chance to get involved in some of our exciting seasonal premium event catering.
The ideal candidate:
A strong CDP or Sous Chef with experience in fresh food kitchens
Confident running the pass and leading shifts when required
Experience in small plate dishes and and seasonal produce
Organised, reliable, and a team player
Ideally able to drive due public transport being limited
