We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced, driven and dynamic B2B Marketing Manager, to lead the charge in shaping and delivering our marketing strategy. This is an exciting time join Good Energy, as we're poised for growth.
This is a critical role in supporting the growth of our B2B energy supply, commercial solar, and heat solutions propositions. In the role you'll work closely with the Sales teams, senior stakeholders, and strategic partners to maximise opportunities. With a collaborative nature, you'll feed requirements to the Head of Digital & Head of comms to deliver first class marketing activity. You'll develop a keen understanding of our B2B product suite and work closely with senior stakeholders including the Commercial Director and Sales Director to utilise existing and new marketing opportunities to help meet our sales targets.
It's a role with responsibility, influence, and the chance to make a real impact in a purpose-driven, flexible, and inclusive business. You'll be hands-on in planning, executing, and measuring campaigns across multiple channels, supported by a collaborative team of marketing specialists.
Responsibilities:
* Lead Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute end-to-end marketing plans across all marketing channels.
* Campaign Delivery: Run integrated campaigns that communicate the value of the company's 360 solution to B2B audience.
* Commercial Impact: Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Operations, and Leadership teams to ensure marketing initiatives directly support business objectives and revenue growth.
* Team Leadership: Manage and develop a small marketing team, providing coaching, leadership, setting clear direction, nurturing talent, and fostering a culture of accountability and creativity
* Operational excellence: Maintain a strong focus on detail and execution, managing multiple plans, campaigns, and priorities with clarity, consistency, and resilience

Essentials:
* Proven B2B marketing experience, ideally within the energy, utilities, or technology sectors.
* Strong track record of delivering results through integrated, multi-channel marketing strategies.
* Demonstrated leadership and team management skills; confident presenting insights, results, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
* Strategic thinker with a hands-on, detail-oriented approach and excellent project management skills.
* Commercially savvy with the resilience and adaptability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
* Experienced in managing multiple products and simultaneous go-to-market plans across different channels.
* Skilled in overseeing complex, cross-functional projects, including events, campaigns, and content development.
* Highly collaborative, with strong stakeholder engagement and influencing capabilities.
* Quality-driven and passionate about continuous improvement; not afraid to challenge the status quo.
* Fast learner who remains calm under pressure and thrives on juggling competing priorities.
