Location: Andover, Marlborough, Devizes, Pewsey, Tidworth and surrounding areas
Pay: £12.70 per care hour + paid travel & waiting time + 45p per mile
Hours: Part-time and full-time opportunities

Job Description
What You’ll Do
As a Care Assistant, you’ll help our clients live safely, comfortably and independently in their own home. Each visit is unique and tailored to their individual needs. Your duties may include:
* Offering companionship and conversation
* Preparing meals and helping with household tasks
* Supporting with personal care and mobility
* Accompanying clients to appointments, walks or social activities
With minimum one‑hour visits and continuity of care seeing the same clients each week, you’ll have time to build real relationships and provide care you can be proud of.

About You
We’re looking for people who are:
* Kind, patient and genuinely caring
* Reliable, respectful and good communicators
* Hold a full UK driving licence and access to a car (required for visiting care in our rural area)
* Able to offer regular weekly availability (mornings or evenings and every other weekend)
No experience is needed — just a caring heart and a commitment to helping others. If you’ve worked in care before, your experience will be valued and supported with opportunities to develop and evolve.

* Valid UK Driving Licence: With access to a vehicle for work purposes in rural area
