Your new opportunity We provide 24‑hour care in people’s own homes to individuals with a wide range of support needs. As a Support Worker, you will support people with: Personal care Keeping safe Community involvement Physical & mental wellbeing Daily routines Social and recreational activities Building independence Achieving personal outcomes We are offering 20–30 hour contracts, and flexibility is key. You’ll work a rota that meets the needs of the people we support. Typical Working Pattern Shifts may include: Early shifts (mornings) Late shifts (afternoons/evenings) Day shifts (9am–5pm) Sleepover shifts (paid at £12.60 per hour) Nightshifts Rotational working is essential, and weekend working will be included.
