An opportunity for a Senior Commercial Manager has become available to lead a utilities framework in Wales.
Reporting the to the board with your own commercial team of 10+ and you will be commercially responsible for a utilities infrastructure framework agreement which is valued currently at £60M and is set to grow significantly over the nest five years.
The business has a strong and well-established relationship with its end user, one that has been built on trust and delivery during its previous framework period. It is a relationship that requires protection and subtle cultivation, so, although you will be highly motivated and goal orientated, you will be decidedly diplomatic and practised at gaining win/win business result outcomes.
The Role
The Senior Commercial Manager will manage the performance and development of the wider senior commercial team through coaching, mentoring and building required skill sets to ensure that senior staff are adequately equipped to perform.
