Base pay range

Human Resources Assistant

Salary: £31,081 per annum

Location: London, UK

Contract Type: Full-time

Overview

Our client is seeking two proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistants to join their dynamic HR team. This is a key front-facing role supporting a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, training coordination, and employee wellbeing. The successful candidates will play an integral role in creating a smooth and professional employee experience and will be the first point of contact for HR-related queries.

This is a significant opportunity to join a collaborative team during a pivotal period of organisational development focused on people-centred strategies.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide front-line HR support to employees and managers
* Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and payroll processes
* Coordinate training and wellbeing initiatives
* Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies
* Foster a professional and supportive HR presence across the organisation

Candidate Profile

* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
* Proactive and confident in handling employee queries
* Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion
* A collaborative approach and a commitment to delivering high-quality HR support
* Previous experience in an HR role is advantageous but not essential
* Annual Leave: 26.5 days (rising to 31.5 days after five years) plus public holidays and a privilege day
