We are looking to recruit a pharmacist to join our busy GP surgery. You will join a practice which is friendly, welcoming and encouraging to all staff. With patient care at the center of everything we do. We have 18,000 patients.
Main duties of the job
Tasks will include adding/amending medications in patients records, dealing with shared care agreements, dealing with pharmacies re out of stock drugs, medicine management, reconciliation of drugs, medication reviews.
About us
We have 5 partners at this site, 4 practice nurses, 4 hca's, 6 salaried GPs. We are a training practice taking in GP trainees, students from Imperial College London, St George's Hospital, paramedic and nursing students. We have an open door policy for all the team. we are sympathetic, nuturing and friendly.

Experience
* We are looking for a pharmacist with experience in the community if possible.
