Role Summary
Legal Team Manager in the Legal Team in NHS Tayside will lead a small team to deliver specialist litigation support, witness support and training across the organisation.
Responsibilities
* Provide specialist advice on litigation to the Board.
* Provide a witness support service to all staff involved in litigation and other legal matters.
* Deliver training and awareness sessions across the organisation.
* Lead on the Continuing Professional Development of the Legal Team.
Qualifications
* Relevant legal qualification.
* Experience in claims handling.
* Experience in managing staff.
* Must achieve mandatory Induction standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and comply with the Code of Conduct.
Working Hours
37 hours per week.
