Tesla is seeking a Vehicle Detailer to join our used car operations team. This position is on-site will be responsible for executing a world-class customer experience by giving a new life to our used cars. What You'll Do
6. Perform vehicle detailing on the entire range of vehicles at Tesla
7. Utilize vehicle detailing techniques like wet sand, polish, buffing, wax, etc.
8. Utilize a variety of hand and power tools to effectively complete the work
9. Maintain job equipment through regular inspections, adjustments and certifications if necessary
10. Perform administrative tasks involved in detailing, Paintless Dent Repairs (PDRs), minor rectifications and as needed otherwise
11. Maintain a clean and organized working environment, including moving vehicles when necessary
12. Collaborate with your direct team, management, and wider teams (like delivery and service) –always going above and beyond to deliver a world class experience
What You'll Bring
13. Experienced in vehicle detailing
14. Experiences with performing paintless dent repairs (preferred but not required)
15. Prior knowledge of detailing (and workshop) tools
16. Eager to learn and grow as needed in the function
17. Team player – willing to support others and work toward a common goal
18. Ability to handle multiple priorities, meet deadlines and organize workload
19. Valid UK driver’s license
20. Eligible to work in country of job
