Location: Ringwood, Hampshire

Hours: Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:30 (with some weekend/evening flexibility required)

Salary: £24,000 – £27,000 DOE

The Opportunity

Are you a highly organised individual with a passion for delivering high-quality experiences? We are representing a leading travel and education specialist that focuses on creating impactful, life-changing programmes across the globe.

With a strong reputation for "investing in people" and a commitment to social responsibility, this organisation prides itself on a culture of passion, drive, and integrity. As a Support Co-ordinator, you will join a global Technical Team, playing a vital role in the logistical preparation and operational delivery of international programmes. This is a fantastic chance to join a purpose driven business where your administrative and coordination skills directly contribute to successful outcomes for clients worldwide.

The Role – Support Coordinator

This is a fast-paced, multi-faceted role where you will be an integral link between the UK office and overseas staff. You will support various aspects of the expedition lifecycle, from leader recruitment and training to emergency response and post-expedition reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

* Leader Management - Recruitment, training, and administration of Expedition Leaders, including processing invoices and return documentation.

* Operational Support - Preparing essential resources, leader/teacher packs, and first aid kits for expeditions.

* Communication - Managing email inboxes and maintaining rapport with leaders, customers, and service providers.

* Documentation - Administering due diligence records, contracts, and assisting with flight bookings.

* Reporting - Collating daily reports from overseas staff and participating in the on-call Emergency Response Team (on a rotational basis).

* Event Prep - Organising venues and resources for recruitment and training events.

About You

We are looking for a solution-focused individual who thrives in a collaborative team environment and possesses a strong eye for detail.

* Experience - Ideally, you will have a background in Outdoor Adventure or Education.

* Communication - Excellent English literacy and numeracy, with the ability to build rapport face-to-face and over the phone.

* Technical Skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable managing complex administrative data.

* Attributes - Self-driven, able to work with limited supervision, and a genuine team player who values a strong company culture.

* Logistics - A full driving licence is desirable.

Why Join?

* Impact - Be part of a social enterprise where success leads to greater investment in global communities.

* Travel - Opportunities for international travel to delivery regions.

* Environment - A supportive team culture with a casual dress code and free on-site parking.

* Development - Work for an organisation that is recognised for its commitment to staff growth and wellbeing
