Support Coordinator
Location: Ringwood, Hampshire
Hours: Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:30 (with some weekend/evening flexibility required)
Salary: £24,000 – £27,000 DOE

The Role – Support Coordinator
This is a fast-paced, multi-faceted role where you will be an integral link between the UK office and overseas staff. You will support various aspects of the expedition lifecycle, from leader recruitment and training to emergency response and post-expedition reviews.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leader Management - Recruitment, training, and administration of Expedition Leaders, including processing invoices and return documentation.
* Operational Support - Preparing essential resources, leader/teacher packs, and first aid kits for expeditions.
* Communication - Managing email inboxes and maintaining rapport with leaders, customers, and service providers.
* Documentation - Administering due diligence records, contracts, and assisting with flight bookings.
* Reporting - Collating daily reports from overseas staff and participating in the on-call Emergency Response Team (on a rotational basis).
* Event Prep - Organising venues and resources for recruitment and training events.
About You
We are looking for a solution-focused individual who thrives in a collaborative team environment and possesses a strong eye for detail.
* Experience - Ideally, you will have a background in Outdoor Adventure or Education.
* Communication - Excellent English literacy and numeracy, with the ability to build rapport face-to-face and over the phone.
* Technical Skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable managing complex administrative data.
* Attributes - Self-driven, able to work with limited supervision, and a genuine team player who values a strong company culture.
* Logistics - A full driving licence is desirable.
