If you enjoy being active, working as part of a team, and making a real difference, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll bring:A positive attitude and strong work ethicThe ability to work effectively as part of a teamA commitment to safety, quality, and excellent customer serviceReliability and a willingness to learnJoin us and be part of a business that values its people and celebrates success together.What You Will Be DoingAs a key member of our Warehouse and Distribution team, you'll play an important role in ensuring our customers receive their products safely, accurately, and on time.Help prepare products for delivery by wrapping, labelling, loading, and securing items to the highest standards.Assist with unloading deliveries and handling products with care to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.Support the Warehouse Management and Distribution teams in maintaining vehicle standards, site security, and efficient warehouse operations.Receive, store, pick, and dispatch products accurately, helping to keep our operation running smoothly.Contribute to effective stock management by ensuring all stock movements are recorded accurately and inventory is well maintained.Take pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and professional working environment across the Duncrue site, including warehouse standards, site upkeep, reporting maintenance issues, and assisting with seasonal tasks such as de-icing.Champion health, safety, and security by following best practices and proactively reporting any hazards, faults, or near misses.Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and deliver an exceptional experience for our customers.What Success Looks Like in This RoleWe're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys being part of a team, and is committed to delivering great results every day.Be a positive ambassador for our culture and values by acting with integrity, treating others with respect, bringing energy to the team, and embracing opportunities to learn and improve.Lead by example through your attitude, reliability, and commitment to maintaining high standards in everything you do.Build strong working relationships and communicate effectively with colleagues across our warehouse, distribution, customer care, and supplier networks.Thrive in a fast-paced environment, staying calm, focused, and adaptable when priorities change.Take ownership of your work and contribute to maintaining a safe, organised, and efficient warehouse and site environment.Share ideas, raise concerns constructively, and communicate openly and honestly to help the team achieve its goals.Celebrate team successes and play your part in creating a positive and supportive workplace where everyone can perform at their best.What We Need From YouA hands-on, energetic individual who is comfortable with a physically active role, including the movement and handling of larger items.Previous warehouse experience is welcomed but not essential full training will be provided for the right candidate.A forklift licence would be an advantage, but it's not required.
