Our client, a prestigious investment bank, is seeking a proactive and highly organized Team Assistant to support within their London office. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, high-performing environment on a short-term contract, with the potential to make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities
Efficiently coordinate complex and dynamic calendars, including scheduling internal and external meetings.
Organize and facilitate meetings by preparing agendas, capturing action items, and taking detailed notes.
Arrange domestic and international travel, and manage expense reporting and purchase requisitions.
Support the planning and execution of leadership site visits, strategic offsites, and team-wide events.
Organize team-building activities and engagement initiatives to foster a positive and collaborative culture.
Assist with space planning and general administrative duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Build strong working relationships across departments and contribute to a cohesive team environment.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Previous experience in a fast-paced corporate or financial services environment
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools
