We are currently looking for a skilled Multi Trade Plasterer to join our successful Response business based in the Bristol area. You will specialise in carrying out Responsive Maintenance Repairs to our customers' properties. Your main tasks will include patch plastering, decorating, tiling, and other wet trades.

The Multi Trade Operative role:
We prioritize safety, happiness, and support, with Health and Safety at the core of all responsibilities for you, our team, and our customers.
* Use your skills to perform multi-trade work, including plumbing, patch plastering, tiling, and other wet trades. You will work in domestic settings, utilizing your fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
* Attend reactive, emergency, and routine repairs, along with planned refurbishment jobs within void properties.
* Enjoy working in a domestic environment, engaging with residents and collaborating with team members.
* Emergency call-outs will be expected on a rota basis.
What you will bring as a Multi Trade Operative:
* NVQ Level 2 qualification or equivalent in a relevant trade.
* Experience in a domestic or social housing environment is preferred but not essential.
* A passion for improving people's homes, with strong customer service skills and enjoyment in working with people.
* A valid UK driving license.
