We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Marketing Executive to become the second member of their marketing team, working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager to execute campaigns and bring ideas to life.

The Role
As Marketing Executive, you’ll be the engine room of the marketing function, responsible for delivering campaigns across digital and offline channels.
You’ll bring technical marketing skills in PPC, social, content, email and design, helping the business grow brand visibility and generate high-quality leads across their portfolio.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning strategy into action and managing multiple marketing channels day-to-day.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing
* Manage and optimise PPC campaigns (Google Ads and paid social) to maximise ROI
* Support SEO initiatives to drive organic traffic growth
* Manage and optimise company websites for lead generation
* Build and execute email marketing campaigns and automation journeys
* Ensure messaging and timing are aligned across digital channels
Social Media & Content
* Manage social media accounts across multiple brands
* Develop and maintain content calendars
* Create engaging posts aligned with brand tone of voice
* Monitor engagement and respond to enquiries
Design & Creative
* Create visual assets using Adobe Creative Cloud or Canva
* Produce marketing materials including brochures, flyers, social graphics and email banners
* Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels
Campaigns & Events
* Support the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
* Coordinate print and direct mail campaigns
* Assist with planning and logistics for industry events
Analytics & Reporting
* Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools
* Track lead generation, engagement and conversion data
* Produce regular performance reports
* Maintain accurate marketing data and budgets
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
* A hands-on marketer with experience across multiple marketing channels
* Comfortable working independently and managing their own workload
* Highly detail-oriented, especially when it comes to content and design
* Data-driven, using insights to optimise campaigns
* Confident using digital marketing and design tools
Skills & Experience
* Experience in a generalist marketing role
* Proven experience with PPC campaigns
* Experience using email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, HubSpot)
* Strong social media and content creation experience
* Graphic design skills using tools like Adobe Creative Cloud or Canva
* Excellent written communication and proofreading skills
