As theSales and Business Development Manager you will be the one toensure that our new Canary Wharf Millharbour studio will bewellcoordinated and productive by managing its procedures andcoaching your team. The ideal candidate must be competent havefitness leadership as well as sales experience and be able toplan/execute a multitude of operational/sales activities.
As the lead for the sales function the Sales andBusiness Development Manager must create and execute a leadgeneration/marketing strategy plan to grow fitness membership salesas well as promote the health and wellness benefits associated witha healthy lifestyle. The Sales and Business Development Manager isnot only a mentor but an Ambassador of our brand and a provenleader.
The candidate must be an excellent leaderwho can motivate staff/members and provide and maintain the highestlevel of customer service.
Ultimately the Salesand Business Development Manager main responsibility is to grow thebusiness and therefore takes the lead on all membership sales fromlead all the way to membership conversion. Your financial andprofessional success will be dictated on whether or not thebusiness performsfinancially.

Duties andResponsibilities:
StudioGrowth Retention:
* Leadinitial and ongoing sales initiatives (presale events studio eventscommunity outreach) ensuring membership acquisition andretention.
* Create annualmarketing plan for social media digital/print marketing andcommunity events.
* Manageall incoming leads to generate the highest conversion ratepossible
* Meet or exceedrequired performance metrics(KPIs).
Operations
* Managethe daily operations of thestudio.
* Manage studiooperating expense and payroll budgets withintargets.
* Manage/coordinatevendors/suppliers.
* Maintaintopnotch cleanliness appearance and organization of thestudio.
* Maintainserviceability of trainingequipment.
* Coaching worldclass sessions (12 hours per weekminimum).
Community
* Provideand maintain the highest level of customer service by leading fromthe front and setting high standards for what you expect from yourteam.
* Execute communitycalendar promotions andevents.
* Develop all F45Challenge plans and execute all agreedplans.
BrandRecognition
* Ensurecompliance and adherence to F45 business policies andstandards.
* Assist withspecial projects events and promotions asneeded.
* Demonstrateknowledge of the brand and model behavior in accordance withcompany standards.
TeamLeadership
* Recruit hiretrain manage and develop a dynamic team of fitness trainers andstaff.
* Track and ensureaccuracy of all mandatory education certifications/training for alltrainers.
* Train and manageall staff in accordance with the F45 policies andmethods.
* Develop a highenergy culture through purpose driven and incentive basedmotivation.
* Plan andcoordinate shift schedule and ensure the smooth running of a fullystaffed daily classschedule.
* Prepare weeklyand monthly reports for team based on Studioperformance.
Qualifications
* Level3 PTQualifications
* CPR/AED/FirstAid Certification
* 2 yearsof proven sales leadership in the Health & Fitnessindustry
* 3 years ofmanagement experience including directly overseeing all aspects ofstaff management from hiring training supporting disciplining andterminating
* Comfortworking with budgets payroll revenue andforecasting
* Knowledge ofbusiness processes and functions (finance HR procurement operationsetc.)
