Sales Specialist and Clinical Application Specialist Leader, CT
Lead the Future of Health Technology with Philips
In this role you will lead on Philips’ CT portfolio within UKI, driving growth and shaping the future of diagnostic imaging. This is more than a sales role—it’s a leadership opportunity where you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact in healthcare.
Your role:
1. Portfolio Growth & Strategy
2. Drive strategic and tactical sales plans to accelerate CT portfolio growth across UK & Ireland.
3. Recognize new business opportunities, analyze wins/losses, and turn insights into actionable growth strategies.
4. Own CT input and forecasting in the monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
5. Commercial Leadership
6. Partner with District GMs and Account Managers to deliver business growth.
7. Hit annual equipment and service targets (Order Intake, Sales, IGM) for assigned modalities.
8. Represent UKI leadership on the European CT Management Team, embedding UKI priorities into BMC plans and KPIs.
9. Champion collaboration across the wider Imaging team.
10. Team Leadership
11. Inspire and lead Modality Sales Specialists (MSS) and Clinical Application Specialists (CAS).
12. Ensure SOLID methodology compliance (time-writing, scheduling, etc.).
13. Empower MSS to deliver CT insights and support product launches.
14. Keep CAS team at the forefront of technical and clinical expertise through continuous training.
15. Customer Engagement & Support
16. Deliver impactful pre- and post-sales support: demos, presentations, installation planning.
17. Provide timely post-sales support to maximize customer satisfaction and clinical outcomes.
18. Drive growth in professional services through education offerings.
19. Strategic Partnerships
20. Drive large and strategic deals across UKI with District and Solutions teams.
21. Lead engagement with key framework partners (e.g., NHS Supply Chain).
22. Collaborate with European and UKI marketing teams to localize assets and amplify impact.
This role reports into the Zone Business Leader Imaging for UKI and will have a dotted line into the European CT Leadership team.

24. Some clinical knowledge in CT or a background in healthcare

This role is a remote based role though regular presence in our UKI headquarters in Farnborough as well as flexibility to travel to customer sites is required.
