Join to apply for the Multi Skilled Operative role at TieTalent at the Killerby packing plant in Northallerton, North Yorkshire. The successful candidate will report to the Site Manager and undertake all site duties safely, understand CRH and SHE safety, and work across raw materials, storage, production, dispatch and housekeeping.
Responsibilities
* Meeting daily production target requirements.
* Reporting data for quality purposes.
* Moving, loading and unloading product from the plant and vehicles.
* Meeting customer service requirements in terms of accurate loading and timely vehicle turnaround.
* Continuous improvement of performance standards.
* Continuous improvement towards plant and production methods.
* Good housekeeping.
The Ideal Candidate
As our ideal Operative, you will have proven experience working within a similar production and despatch environment. You will also:
* Possess good communication skills and be numerate.
* Be a proficient communicator.
* Be a good team player.
* Have experience of manual handling.
* FLT licence desirable.
The role is based at Killerby in Northallerton, North Yorkshire. The site is easily accessible from nearby towns.
