Your Role
As a Business Analyst within TfGM's IS Delivery team and BA Practice, you'll be at the heart of our business transformation, supporting a major Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation. This is a high‑impact role where you'll lead requirements gathering, process mapping and stakeholder engagement across multiple business areas, helping to ensure solutions are well‑designed, user‑focused and successfully delivered.
This is a hybrid role where you will be expected to work in the office 2 days per week.
Who are we?
You’ll be part of a dynamic and supportive team, working alongside other product and project professionals including Product Owners, Solution Architects, Delivery Managers and Business Change stakeholders to deliver improvements for TfGM and our customers. You'll apply industry best practice to drive and manage the delivery of innovation, quality and change to constantly improve business outcomes.
What you’ll bring
You will have experience working on a ERP or large‑scale organisation change project as a Business Analyst across different areas such as Finance, Procurement and Human Resources, with the ability to analyse information clearly and communicate it effectively. Experience of working in, or alongside, local or regional government is highly desirable, as you'll need to understand governance processes and align your work to public sector priorities.
To succeed in this role, you’ll be confident building strong, positive working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including third‑party suppliers. You’ll be comfortable handling complexity, resolving issues through collaboration and negotiation, and clearly presenting your recommendations to senior leaders.
You’ll also be a supportive team player who can work just as effectively on your own. You’ll be organised, proactive and able to manage your workload independently to meet funding requirements, operational targets and deadlines.
What we can offer you
This is a permanent role with a salary of £52,710 - £67,008 per annum depending on experience. (This is comprised of base salary £43,210 - £47,497 plus market supplement plus £9,500 market supplement which is paid monthly and reviewed as required).
