🚀 Lead Automation Test Engineer – Financial Services | Hybrid (North of England)

We’re looking for an experienced Lead Automation Test Engineer (5+ years) to drive our automation strategy and frameworks within a fast‑paced Financial Services environment.
Responsibilities
* Lead and evolve automation across web, API, database, and CI/CD pipelines.
* Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders, delivering within both Agile and Waterfall.
* Mentor engineers and champion continuous improvement across QA.
* Support occasional manual testing where needed.
Qualifications
* Hands‑on experience with Jenkins/GitLab, GitOps, JIRA, TestRail, Postman.
* Proven leadership in automation and test strategy.
Hybrid role — onsite in the North of England.
