Our Private Client team is expanding, and we are now seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our friendly and supportive team.
The Role
As a Private Client Paralegal, you will assist our experienced solicitors with a broad range of matters, including:
* Drafting Wills, LPAs, and other estate planning documents
* Assisting with the administration of estates and trusts
* Conducting legal research and preparing documentation
* Liaising with clients, executors, and beneficiaries
* Managing case files and ensuring compliance with SRA and firm procedures
You’ll play an important part in ensuring our clients receive a professional, efficient, and compassionate service.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
* Experienced in private client law (ideally 1+ year in a similar role)
* Confident in handling sensitive matters with discretion and empathy
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
* Able to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and colleagues
