Our client is currently seeking an Operational Assistant Wedding and Events Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. The Operational Assistant Wedding and Events Manager will be required to oversee and execute weddings and events in a stunning hotel setting. Key Responsibilities: * Operating all conferencing, weddings, and banqueting on site. * Organising and conducting training in line with brand standards. * Assisting with leading the conference and banqueting team in delivering first-class service at all events. * Setting up and tearing down all event rooms in line with function requirements. * Meeting and greeting clients to build and develop lasting relationships. * Working in line with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from the time of enquiry to the time of leaving.
