Key Deliverables:
* Developing new business opportunities and creating a good requirement pipeline
* Responsible for the entire 360-degree recruitment process management- sourcing candidates, managing client and onboarding process.
Responsibilities:
* Developing Business development strategy to identify new clients and opportunities in the technology and software engineering sector
* Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and suitability for different roles
* Sourcing and attracting top talent through various channels
* Negotiating job offers and managing the onboarding process for successful candidates
* Keeping an eye on all regulatory requirements of the UK Markets
* Providing guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process
