We are looking for a creative, dedicated, and enthusiastic Warehousing Teacher to join our vibrant team at HMP Five Wells, a Category C prison located in Wellingborough. This is a permanent, full‑time role (37 hours per week).

Skills, Qualifications and Experience
* Deliver Warehousing training, in line with course requirements
* Have industry experience or a qualification relevant to operational logistics within Warehousing (Desirable)
* Achieve performance and quality targets
* Produce accurate and timely reporting
* Demonstrate positive team working
* Have experience of conducting assessments and supporting learning of individuals and groups
* Have experience of working with groups of learners with a range of abilities
* Have experience of successful working in an effective multi‑disciplinary team
* Have experience creating stimulating, vibrant environments which are conducive to learning and motivational for learners
* A good track record achieving quality targets
* Hold a teaching qualification and, where applicable, a relevant subject specialist qualification – with a commitment to obtain the outstanding qualification within 12 months
* Hold at least a Level 2 qualification in Literacy and Numeracy
