As Senior Butler, you will oversee the delivery and execution of Butler services, ensuring a seamless and anticipatory guest journey from pre‑arrival through to departure. You will supervise and support the Butler team, coordinating closely with other departments to deliver a consistently exceptional and personalised guest experience. This is a key role for a service‑driven professional with a passion for excellence, leadership and the art of intuitive hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee the daily operation of Butler Services, ensuring seamless and personalised guest experiences
2. Ensure a consistent and integrated approach to pre‑arrival planning, in‑stay service and departure arrangements
3. Supervise and support the Butler team ensuring high performance and engagement
4. Coordinate closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage and other departments to deliver exceptional service
5. Lead guest engagement, ensuring personalised attention and anticipatory service at every touchpoint
6. Handle guest concerns with professionalism, discretion and a solution‑focused approach
7. Uphold and reinforce St.Regis brand standards, service rituals and luxury service excellence
8. Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, appearance and communication
9. Promote a safe and compliant working environment, adhering to all company policies and procedures
10. Take a hands‑on approach to supporting operations, ensuring service excellence in all aspects of the role
