Key Responsibilities
* Own the digital strategy
across all channels – paid, organic, social, email, SEO, and influencer.
* Build and lead
a high-performing digital team as we scale.
* Drive growth
through data-driven campaigns, performance marketing, and brand storytelling.
* Collaborate cross-functionally
with product, creative, and e-commerce to deliver seamless customer journeys.
* Analyse and optimise
campaigns to maximise ROI and customer lifetime value.
* Shape the brand voice
and digital presence to resonate with our community of creators, and trendsetters.
Key Skills
* Proven experience in digital marketing leadership, ideally in fashion, e-commerce, or DTC brands.
* Deep understanding of performance marketing, analytics, and customer acquisition.
* Creative thinker with a passion for brand building and storytelling.
* Strong leadership skills and experience managing teams and agencies.
* Hands-on with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Klaviyo, GA4, Shopify, and TikTok.
