Key Responsibilities
* Processing high volumes of purchase ledger invoices accurately and efficiently
* Raising and processing sales invoices
* Reconciling supplier statements and resolving invoice queries
* Performing daily bank reconciliations
* Assisting with credit control and chasing outstanding payments
* Preparing supplier payment runs
* Supporting payroll administration and employee expenses
* Assisting with month‑end procedures and reporting
* Maintaining accurate financial records and data entry
* Providing general administrative support to the finance department
About You
* Previous experience within an accounts or finance administration role
* Experience working within a fast‑paced environment would be advantageous
* Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software
* Confident communicator with the ability to build strong working relationships
* A proactive and flexible approach to work
* Reliable, personable, and able to work well within a team environment
