Position Overview
The Chef de Partie (CDP) is responsible for running a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring that dishes are prepared, cooked, and presented to the highest standard. Working under the Sous Chef and Head Chef, the CDP plays a crucial role in maintaining quality, efficiency, and consistency while supporting the development of junior kitchen staff.

Key Roles and Responsibilities
Culinary Duties
* Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your designated section.
* Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet kitchen standards.
* Maintain consistency in portion control and recipe execution.
* Assist with menu development by suggesting improvements and seasonal ideas.
* Ensure mise en place is completed before service.
Section Management
* Take full ownership of your station, keeping it organized and efficient.
* Coordinate with other sections to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
* Monitor stock levels for your section and communicate needs to the Sous Chef.
* Minimize food waste by following proper storage, labeling, and rotation practices.
Team Support & Development
* Work collaboratively with fellow chefs and support junior staff.
* Train and mentor Commis Chefs and Kitchen Assistants as required.
* Step in to support other sections when needed to maintain service flow.
Health, Safety & Hygiene
* Maintain strict cleanliness and hygiene in your station at all times.
* Follow all food safety, HACCP, and sanitation regulations.
* Ensure correct use and care of kitchen equipment.

Pay: £24,420.00-£32,500.00 per year
