Are you an organised problem-solver with a knack for keeping projects on track? We're looking for a commercially minded Project Coordinator to join our client's dynamic team. From handling customer enquiries and processing orders to steering schedules, budgets, and deliverables, you'll play a key role in making every project a success.
Description of the role:
* Execute commercial projects, including managing warranty commitments.
* Prepare and issue accurate quotations.
* Ensure timely delivery of enquiries and orders.
* Plan and deliver projects in line with requirements agreed during the tendering process.
* Manage projects to cost, specification, and schedule, highlighting issues early.
* Create and maintain project documentation, including tenders, works orders, and invoicing instructions.
* Negotiate and document customer project variations.
* Maintain accurate records in the company's CRM system.
* Track deliverables, monitor costs, and report project progress.
* Ensure payments are received within contractual timeframes.
* Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service teams to assess satisfaction and identify future opportunities.
* Work flexibly to meet business needs.
About you:
* Ideally, have experience within a similar role with project management duties
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Highly computer literate, with good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Project).
* Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Commercial awareness and the ability to work to tight deadlines
