The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Hotel Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth for the hotel. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, building relationships with corporate clients and travel agents, and maximizing revenue from group and corporate bookings.
Responsibilities:
* Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth for the hotel.
* Building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and other key stakeholders.
* Generating new business leads and identifying opportunities for growth.
* Managing the sales team, providing training and guidance as required.
* Ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded.
* Working closely with the revenue management team to develop pricing strategies and optimize revenue.
* Preparing regular reports on sales performance and market trends.
* Attending trade shows and industry events to promote the hotel.
* Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

Ideal Candidate
* Previous experience working in a hotel sales management role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
* Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
* Excellent leadership and management skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* The ability to work effectively under pressure.
* A good understanding of revenue management principles.
* Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
* A flexible and adaptable approach to work.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
